08-30-2025+Too Much Cardio New Beginning+Day 9 Challenge

I weighed myself yesterday, very difficult for me to do. The results are worse, all this exercising and nothing so its time for a new approach. My health is in danger this weight has to come off , this is serious. I am overweight I am supposed to be 146ish for average health, I am below average and worse than most my age and height. With tears I will accomplish this, 20 pounds before Christmas, my gift to myself.
