Realization: I have learnt this on my own and the hard way as this is Day 689 for me apparently every 4-8 weeks you have to switch up your routine and intensity level. I know that about exercise plateauing however didnt thinj of intensity levels. Please be aware and hope this helps you so you make quicker peogress than me. As in you do a challenging routine in a power zone then you return later to see if you can do it the same or with ease, lets hope not worse (injury understandable.)
