 Today's Exercise, steps band got tighter on knotch 2 was tight on notch 1 not 2 very cruel after b and i helped people achieve their goals fat was injected to my right wrist to make the band tight instead of lose like it naturally is. 2 days of cryung garnet howled at me like a jerk did not care i was very upset yesterday.
